How I Finally Stopped Starting Over Every Monday

Every Sunday night, I would sit down and make a plan. This week was going to be different. I’d commit to clean eating, no sugar, early workouts and a full reset. Monday would feel strong. By Thursday, I was tired. By Friday, something would slip. By Sunday, I was already planning the next reset.

It took me a long time to realize that it wasn’t about willpower. I didn’t need more discipline. I needed a better system. One that didn’t collapse the moment life got messy.

The change happened when I stopped treating Mondays like punishment and started building in flexibility. I stopped chasing perfection and focused on rhythm. I gave myself space to live real life and still stay on track.

Now I teach clients how to get out of that cycle. You don’t need another restart. You need a plan that holds up through Thursdays, weekends, and everything in between.
